Parents and kids playfully explore yoga postures and breathing awareness through rhymes, songs, games, partnering, and stories!

Kid focused yoga improves body awareness and control, promotes self esteem and self expression, increases listening skills, improves impulse control, and fosters peace and well-being. Practicing yoga together fosters healthy relationships and plays a significant role in enjoying physical activity.

Families should dress comfortably for movement. Each person should have their own mat. Loaner mats are available.
